Our drivers have been a key part of making Max Mahan Company what we have become known for; being one of the safest, most consistent and reliable companies on the highway. We consider our drivers to be the best in the business! Drivers at Max Mahan are equipped with late model, clean, and well maintained Peterbilt 389’s, and either a Trailking or a Heil trailer.
We understand everyone’s situation is different so we offer a flexible work schedule for our drivers.

Compensation Package
Our drivers are paid by the load. Here’s the deal, if you don’t make money, we don’t make money. We always keep our drivers in mind when accepting work and submitting bids.
Our pay package includes the following:
- $5,000 Sign-on bonus
- 30% of the load
- Detention Pay
- $5,000/month guarantee
- Training pay
- Performance bonus paid twice yearly
- $100 clean DOT inspection
